I dunno, I think he kind of had it coming there. That's just bad social manners combined with what may be a bit of bigotry (can't tell how much seriousness is in the comment about catholics). Seems justified to me.

Kwaad always seemed to be banned, and when he comes back he gets banned again
stuff like this never was reported 20-30 years ago but i'm pretty sure it happen all the time ps so i smiled a little at kwaad post is this good or bad In all honesty people say worse stuff than this and get applauded for it.

It depends on the state. There was actually a recent story about this, where two kids who had consentual sexual contact were both charged with sex crimes.
Kwaad wasn't trolling, he was just completely tactless. I don't think this was reason to ban him. I certainly don't think "just leave please" is a valid reason to ban him, either. The "reason for ban" field is not there so you can make fun of the people you ban, it's there so that the rest of the community can see why someone was banned. This isn't the first snide comment I've seen in that field, either.

Message stof if you have a problem with it. Stof won't be back from vacation for a while though so don't expect an immediate response. I don't know who handed out the ban, but bitching about it constantly is not helping.
There have been ones that are far more ridiculous but the craziest one I've read about is the girl of 17 that was charged with distributing child pornography because she posted hc pics of herself for her boyfriend to see.
She of course was only 17 and the law does not allow you to even show pics of yourself until you are 18.
