sony has MS right where they want them, normally MS waits for sony to cut price but now sony can afford to wait, and with the kinect effect wearing of ps3 can can pull ahead

Bolded, without any major SW releases that's pretty amazing. As can be seen, the tie ratio is higher than that for the PS3, taking out Wii Sports it's just behind, but impressive nonetheless...

SW is pretty much the same as PS3 per unit ATM

That's some interesting rounding. 2,265,471 plus 1,732,145 = 3,997,616  Plus I'm not sure if they even sell Wii Sports only consoles anymore, at least in the west.  So it is probably some of the other NSMB, Wii Fit, Mario Kart, bundles that make up the gap.

3-5 weeks I would say....unless something happens.
