Do these list prices include VAT? Or would that be paid on top of the 130 euros?

They did. It's $188 in JB Hifi right now, use to be $240.... still actually cheaper to import but at least the price isn't doubled.

@Arcturus: Prices in EU always include taxes. €130 = $188 though.

OT: This move was necessary to keep the PSP competitive and gain some userbase befor NGP, though I doubt it will help that much. I hope NGP doesn't have the problems with piracy the PSP had.
