The game was gorgeous.  The boss battles were epic. When I look back at the game, that's all that really sticks out. As for the story, I personally never thought it was that great. A guy driven by vengeance. It just so happens he's a bad ass that can level titans. Which sets the scene for a wonderful -if not the best hacker/action- game.

The game has little to no re-playability. I platinum-ed it on my first go. The ending was stupid, and destroyed any chance for a good sequel.

Did I mention how awesome the actual battles against the Gods were? Hercules comes to mind, when Kratos is just starring at him with a fucking care in the world.

It's by all means amazing! I had a blast from the very first minute. Great graphics, awesome gameplay, epic boss fights.

I wish it was a bit longer and there was the option to skip cutscenes before a boss battle (minor detail, I know).

Imho no game really deserves a 10 (there are always some flaws)

10/10 from me is does not mean it's a Perfect Game. It's a 10/10 because of the value and entertainment I got out of God of War III. Same goes for any other games I give 10/10.

It is my favourite game of this gen. Epic boss battles, incredible graphics, fantastic gameplay and music and... it has to be mentioned twice... EPIC boss battles!

I essentially got a ps3 because they announced a release date for god of war 3. At first I was in love with the game, but as I finished the game I found too many faults in it to give it above a 9. Maybe it was because I was so hyped for it that I ended up being a bit dissapointed. I'll never know.
