The hardware sales seem a bit weird. Xbox 360 down 11-12%, PS3 down 15% and Wii down just 4%, despite both 360 and PS3 getting big (reasonably so, at least) launches in the form of Crysis 2. Will be interesting to see the software sales.

Surprised, and impressed, that PS3 just edges Wii and 360 without Japan. Actually PS3 without Japan will just edge 360 with Japan. Weakens the claim that PS3 can only outsell 360 because of its wide margin in Japan. It's really the wide margin outside the Anglosphere.

It is a bit odd that Crysis 2 gave PS360 a boost in EMEAA markets, but not in Americas. I wonder if adjustments are in store, and for whom.

i doubt there was an boost of sales off crysis 2, Crysis 2 has more pulling power for Nvidia and AMD then for the consoles. Then again there is an tonne of great games comming out.

The Wii is actually holding pretty strong in the Americas. The 360 and PS3 have been getting one strong release after another almost every week. The Wii hasn't really had any strong releases yet in 2011.
