Infamous 2 will win the GOTY, it should. If it disappoints in some ways, I am gonna go mad.

The improvement is ridiculous, better graphics, more polish, more attacks, and cinematic. And its a sandbox!

I hope it wins the GOTY and topples skyrim and Uncharted 3 and Mass Effect 3. I really do.

If it doesn't then skyrim or Uncharted will win.

LBP2 is also a solid GOTY contender

and honestly it depends...for me GOW3 was GOTY last year tied with valkyria chronicles 2. So it depends on the person and from what i have seen infamous looks to be a solid contender in my books for sure.

Here's how I think the GOTY awards will be handed out

Uncharted: 20 - 25 %
Skyrim: 15 - 20 %
Zelda: 15 - 20 %
Mass Effect: 10 - 15 %
Dark Souls: 10 - 15 %
Gears: 5- 10 %
inFamous: 5 - 10 %
Rage/ Deus Ex / La Noire / TLG: 5 - 10 %
OTHER : 0 - 5 %

Well considering Infamous is one of my absolute favorite new IP's of this generation I certainly hope it gets lots of love from the media at the end of the year awards. 

But personally I think it will be a battle between Gears 3, Uncharted 3, Skyrim, and Mass Effect 3 for GOTY this year.

in my opinion for most goty awards 

skyrim will be first 

Uncharted 3 will be in second

Mass Effect 3 will be in third

Gears of War 3 will be in fourth

L.A Noire in fifth

I think Infamous 2's chances are less then 1% although it will likely be my third favorite game coming out this year.

Not much a chance I think. Skyrim and Uncharted 3 will be taking the majority of GOTY's.

InFamous 2 will surprise a lot of people. It could very well be GOTY

No I don't think so. Just too many "AAA" titles coming out this year, this would have to be one of the most competitive years to launch I2. Uncharted 3, Gears 3, Skyrim, Arkham City etc, all of those are likely to be met well with critics, because all of their predecessors racked up plenty of GOTY's, and those are the ones I remember off the top of my head. Although I don't doubt that U3 will rack up the most amount this year.
