He was warned before he did it but he didn't listen because his thirst for power. It's his own fault. He's a selfish prick and got everything he deserved, which is why I love him but have no sympathy for him.
Walter Sullivan from Silent Hill 4 - He thinks the apartment he born was in is his own mother. poor guy :(

At one point in the game, i felt sad for Kaim from Lost Odyssey, and also agree on the OP...poor Gabriel =(

Now imagine him inviting them to a threesome and your sympathies are back
“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

a japanese admiral in PTO II i think it was Nagumo, I had played since pre war and was working on taking midway, the Akagi was the flag ship of an 6 carrier fleet escorted by 2 destroyers and another 6 carrier fleet. after landing and holding midway and wiping out what i thought was the last of the american carriers, and really all fleets in the area, i had a round where i supplied my weary fleet (we had not made doc in 2 years) and did not scout, we were attacked by 2 squads of torpedo boomers and he went down with the flag ship, the only ship i lost, and i could not make the game not let him go down with it he gave a speech as the flag was transferred… so sad… i later found it was an escort carrier supported by a light curser and destroyer, they did not survive the next turn… before this loss i was going to let there be peace once i held hawaii, but due to this i took panama, and landed unsupported on the east coast surrounded DC and took every land base before taking DC and crushing the americans. I won in 43.
in that time the americans lost 14 carriers … i only ever lost one… it was on hard, and still remains my best campaign ever in that game, had a lot of lucky cards in the cabinet meetings
the Akagi & Nagumo, before being sunk, had destroyed 68 american warships ... and countless planes.

I'm not going to lie, I almost cried in a few of Kaim scenes. His character is so fleshed out (if you read the dreams at least) that you just can't help to feel all his suppressed emotions from all the sufferings he went through.

To go through all this at the age of 14...very sad. |
Yeah, because he is the only orphaned kid in all of gaming...
And instead of accepting it and moving on like most bastard children do in games, he cries a river the whole game blaming all the wrong people.
Yeah, really sad...

Too have everyone around you die from the beast including your family. Then having to kill the love of your life just so that Cole could be strong enough to kill the very thing that ruined everything for him. Then dying proudly (but not really) to yourself. What he did nearly brings tears to my eyes :'[
