Discounts are joke and i already own all the PSN games i wanted.

i recently purchased PSN . What pushed me to buy it was Stacking coming out for free on that, and I knew i wanted that game. I unfortunately didnt know that PSN discounts had expiry dates to them. I wish sony would be clearer as to the date of expiration on their discounts, so I missed the stacking discount. I still got it though, cause yesterday was the last day with a free extra 3 months of having PLUS, which is a 20 dollar value. I am also purchasing discounted games during the spring fever event on PSN. 

So I have already received half of the price i paid in terms of discounts and freebies, and i have only had it for a week or so. i am assuming in a couple of months or so i can easily surpass that amount. it has REALLY good value behind it. if you find yourself constantly buying things off PSN, i would recommend it. I dont even purchase that much on PSN but seem to be finding value behind it, i can only imagine the value to those who make a lot of purchases.

only thing is, if youre interested in a discount, you gotta act quick before the discount is removed. something i learned the hard way.

I don't have it because, well, er I honestly don't have a convincing reason.

Sorry for the double post. But the PLUS sign did not show up in myprevious post. Also, I'd like to add that I took the Automatic Renewal off, so I will gauge PLUS at the end of its term with me and see whether I truly feel like i got my moneys worth. If so, i will renew, otherwise i will keep it to one year. if they have consistently roll out other must have deals like free stacking or 50% off dead nation, etc, then i would say its a keeper. I guess, time will tell.

I think I phrased it wrong.  I meant to say the option to download when the system is powered off.  It's pretty cool to turn the console off and find all of your downloads are finished the next time you play.  On PS3, unless you have PSN Plus, you have to do it with the power on. Most things will let you download while playing a game (but not all).  It should be free, though.

Not a lot of sense because requiring someone to pay for such a thing is still fucking retarded but not quite as cork-on-the-fork stupid as it sounded at first.

i dont think it's worth my money. Even if i had more money, i doubt i would pay for it anyway.
