dude less than 1/5 of PS3 sales were with move bundles... PS3 wouldve been just fine without move.

This confuses me then, because everyone is touting Move as a major success. If only 1/5 of the PS3 sales since Move released was actually due to the Move, then is it really doing well?

You can buy a seperately, people who already had ps3 from years before got it.

LOL I just saw KZ3 selling more this week than last week, awsomeness!

I agree if adjustments never exists... wait a little more the new PD numbers and my nem thread "GT5 4th MASSIVE ADJUSTMENTS".

I see that. It depends on how you like to do your analyses. I prefer to just use the numbers on VGChartz and assume that they're close to correct, but assuming adjustments can often be as decent an idea.

Halo REACH? well... this title just DEFINES legs.  (and its about 500,000 up on Halo3)

Kinect is amazing: 10m soon. Kinect Sports: 3m incoming.

Especially for 150 bucks peripheral

It's a smart idea to put the week in the thread title, as there are probably over a hundred Worldwide Up thread, but get the week right LOL!

PS3 is dominating, I dunno how the PS3 is holding the gap it established over 360 after the launch of Killzone 3, but damn. Unless MS picks up in the holidays of the mountain of multiplatform titles even things out between then, I think PS3 will be ontop of 360 this year.

Question is, can PS3 match 360's 6th year figure of 13.6 million (I think)?

Next week the 3DS is released in EMEAA (came out March 25th, week ends 26th), so it's sales should be up ontop again for at least 2 more weeks. I hope some of the software starts to see, specifically I want to see Kid Icarus sell so the franchise is rebooted.

Also wow for Halo sales. 27 weeks after launch and it's still holding figures above 50 million, but I believe it's because Wal-Mart had a temporary price cut on the game. GT5 nowhere to be seen.

If it continues on a 15-20k weekly status, it should still be able to stay ahead of it through holiday 2011 (where I think that will be the determing factor as to whether or not it can clear it lifetime). I'm not holiding my breath on it, but rather feel GT5 can settle between 10 & 10.5mill.

Too many variables not considered (such as price cuts and possible further adjustments).

But as I;ve said, it doesn't need to match GT4 to clear 10 million.

Needs to hold 80% of GT4's sales to clear 10 million. Last two weeks it held 45% or below, and I don't think this game will stabilize anything above 50%.

Sucks, but then again Forza 3 will break 5 million sales soon, and if Forza 4 does better that just gives GT more competition. More competition, means better quality for both games.

I think the gap could be as low as 2.5 million by the end of the year. There is no garentee the PS3 will outsell the 360 overall this year (360 will likely get stronger fall sales), but the way it looks now PS3 should outsell the 360 by about 10%. Lets see if that's the case.
