In GT4's 109th week, it sold more than GT5 did in its 20th. That really doesn't bode too well for GT5.

So GT5 is going to be (roughly) tied with GT4 by the end of this year, and from there on in I just don't see GT5 managing anywhere close to GT4's sales.

 

On a completely different note, Mario Kart Wii's sales are horrible. It's down nearly 50% on last year. At this rate, it might not make 35 million. It's being outsold by New Super Mario Bros. DS!

It's going to be interesting to see whether New Super Mario Bros. Wii can outsell New Super Mario Bros. DS, too. They're both going to end up around 30 million, both most likely a bit above it.

I agree if adjustments never exists... wait a little more the new PD numbers and my nem thread "GT5 4th MASSIVE ADJUSTMENTS".

I see that. It depends on how you like to do your analyses. I prefer to just use the numbers on VGChartz and assume that they're close to correct, but assuming adjustments can often be as decent an idea.
