Even though I don't own a PS3 I think that's great news.
Stick with the company that helped you fund your project and reap the rewards. MS take note.
It's just that simple.
Great news and hopefully we'll see a reveal for their next game at E3. Certainly got my fingers crossed cause they are certainly VERY talented developers.
Though I got to be honest I hope there is considerably more depth to the gameplay next time around. It was my only problem with Heavy Rain and the only thing that kept it just at the good / great level, instead of the real masterpiece it could have been.
i hope its a war style scenario coming in 2 parts.
they could release 1 game with war theme, then next year release one that carries on with peace theme wot u think?
...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...
PSN: Skeeuk - XBL: SkeeUK - PC: Skeeuk
really miss the VGCHARTZ of 2008 - 2013...
I have to say that Cage's comments here really make me like him a lot more. If I had my own dev studio, then I would feel exactly the way he does about the matter.
I'll definitely be one of his supporters.
I'm glad he decided to stick with Sony, like he said, Sony invested a lot of money into Heavy Rain and it wasn't a proven IP or even a proven genre, so I'm glad he realised how much of gamble Sony did with investing in Heavy Rain :)
