A human being with anime like proportions is very disturbing to look at. When I was a teenager, horny as a toad, ogling anime girls, I had the sudden realization that if I were standing next to one of these girls the head to torso to leg ratio would be so messed up that copulation would be nigh impossible, or at the very least not nearly as hot as my teenage brain insisted it would be. This girl seems a bit like that, heads a bit smaller than most anime but the leg to torso ratio, overly skinny frame and the size of the eyes are messed up. No idea if it's real or not, but if it is completely unaltered and real, then she has got some messed up genes.
