like i mentioned in the other thread, this is probably fake, look at the guy's other videos hes not peter Molyneux , hes a troll, PM has another youtube account he use not this one.

Did anyone else come up with ideas of how such a game would work. 

My 1 second idea before seeing it was fake :

MMORPG, where you get "a second" or a small amount of time to make a choice/action for the char/whole world/universe before someone else takes control, you get scored on the effectiveness of your choice. 

You get a one second chance every so often during your game time.

You work towards making your "1 second" of command as useful and meaningful as possible ( the rest of the time you watch/ play secondary roles/grunt following commands of the present ruler.)

Would be total anarchy, but it was the first thing that sprang to mind

*facepalm* Never post these videos as real anymore the guy is fake, hell even the logo is facing the wrong way on the video, and the guy cracks jokes about Ol' Pete and the way he hypes his own ideas.
