just go read a review for each and make an informed decision man. why do people waste their time asking questions about games in forums that are well explained in hundreds of articles available on the web?!

to answer your question, get him ME2. its an excellent game. if killzone got lost in the mix cause of COD, then your buddy is clearly a sucker for the COD formula and no FPS is gonna pull his addicted ass away from that! ive seen them COD suckas, you look in their hollow eyes and realize they are devoid of a human soul...
