Actually very possible, you see Wii production isn't stuck at 1.8, it was set at 1.8 five months ago (as it takes five months to order parts from suppliers)but it can be ramped up, wii will easily pass 40 million next year and 80 million by end of 2009.

I feel it if I do not speak the English well, I am Spanish...

 

PS2 sold very well during 7 years, the Wii will not have a so long life. So that? Then because it is not good for extending the life of a console.

It even watches the SNES, being first when it left the PSX and Saturn. And when it left the N64 already was too much late. Exactly the same it has happened to him to the PS3 with PS2.

 

I do not believe that the Wii lets be sold without reason.

What I think is that we are going to have a Next Gene, soon, because the companies have learned their errors. Good looking that will leave between 2010 and 2011, by that reason the Wii will not surpass in sales to the PS2.

And nintendo won't stop making Wiis just because they want to have a machine with HD graphics. As long as the system sells it could have the worst graphics in the world and they still will make it.

1. Killzone 2, MGS4, GT5, LBP, HAZE, Hot Shots 5, Getaway, Motorstorm 2, SOCOM Confrontation, White Knight Chronicles. - PS3 no longer has "no games", but will have arguably the bests games after 2008.

And as for the games most of the upcoming ones strike me as Heavenly swords and Lairs, that is overhyped flops

KH3 will be announced for the wii.

I find it extremely amusing that when Wii fans talk about the future it is real correct and flawless. When PS3 fans talk about the future it is stupid, pointless, and a bad thing "I'll play my 360 or Wii games while you wait for MGS4 LOLOLOLOLZ" Your first 3 statements are no different than "When game X comes out for PS3 the domination will begin". Someone needs to silence fanboys.
