The LG and Sony latest...what exactly is the latest? All this news everyone knew since last week.

I expected some NEW NEWS and got the same old news.

Anyway apart from that disappointment I guess we all need to wait for the news over the next couple days.

So, did you actually read the whole article?

Yes, can you point out to me what wasn't released by the Dutch court LAST WEEK in THAT ARTICLE.

Sure. Cops being able to go to random houses to confiscate PS3's.

Last week LG won an injunction for customs to seize any Sony PS3 console in the Netherlands.

I automatically assumed this included people's homes. Maybe I was getting ahead of myself.

Eh, understandable.

So.. all this is about some technique for using subtitles? ... that's crazy.. Sony should pay up or remove the option of having subtitles... >_<"

I just read that the hearing is in court right now so we should have news within a few hours..

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)

Whatever, it confirms my point there is nothing new in the article. I noted from the first articles last week that they could take it from Dutch homes should they choose to.

Anyway, enough of this.

OT: They probably wouldn't go that far in case the ruling is reversed.

Borring... nothing changed... PS3 is selling like always.

Borring yet... but some hours after this thread Sony won over LG.

Nothing new again.

Customs dont go into people home to conviscate stuff, police do.

Next is Sony switching to importing its PS3 to another European country is my guess....

LG only has an injection in Netherland and even in the EU they have to get separate injections in every country so Sony is most going to switch the country where it imports its PS3 and keep it secret as long as possible ( so that it takes LG  longer to get an injonction in that country).

PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !

PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !

i know this is off topic but why do u always post things about sony?

I trust no one, not even myself.
