I expected some NEW NEWS and got the same old news.

Yes, can you point out to me what wasn't released by the Dutch court LAST WEEK in THAT ARTICLE.

Sure. Cops being able to go to random houses to confiscate PS3's.

 Last week LG won an injunction for customs to seize any Sony PS3 console in the Netherlands.

I automatically assumed this included people's homes. Maybe I was getting ahead of myself.

Whatever, it confirms my point there is nothing new in the article. I noted from the first articles last week that they could take it from Dutch homes should they choose to.

Anyway, enough of this.

OT: They probably wouldn't go that far in case the ruling is reversed.

Customs dont go into people home to conviscate stuff, police do.
