The NGP has those really cool bubbles as an interface which looks really good. The NGP is completely touchscreen wheras the 3DS only has one functioning touchscreen (i think) im not a DS guy. The controls are easier to reach as it fits in your hand more comfortably. Oh and it looks soooo much better than the 3DS. thats all i can add to whats already been said.
