Well MrBubbles, when a person is "quoted," his or her words are repeated verbatim.  Now, it is possible for a "quote" to be juxtaposed in such a way that it appears to say something entirely different than what it meant, to be "taken out of context," as it were.  But it is difficult to envision how far out of context comments like "It's not supposed to hurt your feelings because it's business, but it totally f***ing hurt my feelings. and why should i believe anyone even said that?  saying something is quoted doesnt magically seal it as being true to what was said.

just like how easy it can be for quotes to be changed here.  like when blow eventually posted something about how all these things he allegedly said werent even true.

and so unless i see something directly from them i will continue to believe they didnt say something that makes me think they are idiots.

Well those guys earlier in the thread said it was on a $3.75 Steam sale around X-mas. And we all know those sales account for huge poporortion of total game sales on Steam.

So your entire theory hinges on Eurogamer outright fabricating something that Team Meat said to hundreds of people during their public presentation at a widely-publicized trade event.

You misunderstand.  You've just accused the two people in the world who would best know the game's income of lying about which platform made those same two people the most money.  You need solid evidence to back that up.  "It was on sale for a day" does not qualify.

there is no "theory" here.  i am saying i dont fucking give a shit what the article says.  as i ignore other things of the sort, unless i see something from these people saying these things.
