couple points to make...

super meat boy had an extreme amount of advertising on xbl.  some of the most ive seen for an xbla game, especially wild when you look at such a small developer(opposed to a larger developer which can pay for things).  

super meat boy was on sale at 800 points for like 2 months or something.  when it came out.  and then it was extended.  and extended again.   and then later it was back at 800 points too.   then i think it was even a DOTW at 800 points.(which is even more advertising for it) 

 

unless i can see something directly from these people complaining about it, i will mark it down as BS.  just like when blow said stuff and it was taken and turned into something that wasnt at all what was said and he had to post something to say that its BS.  just because stupid scum bags want a few extra hits.

At $3.75, every PC gamer jumped on that price, which is why it ended up selling more overall. Whatever the case it was obviousl that the popularity of the game and it cheap, cheap price pushed sales on the PC. If the price was reversed the XBLA version would have easily outsold the PC version. Nuff said.

Can you not read? Regardless of pricing, it not only sold more on the PC, but far more importantly it made more money.

Well you're banned, so I guess this might be falling on deaf ears, but...

The game came out on October 20th, and the promotion ended on November 21st.  That is one month, not one week.  Not sure why you are linking me the current price, it is $15 on steam right now as well.

Also once again, the game outsold the XBLA version in both units and value before the $3.75 sale.  That came straight from the developers, not sure why you're trying to debate it.

It's too bad they aren't releasing it out of the Wii. I wonder what the total sales unit is overall?
