It was always cheaper then the XBLA version. The $10 price (800pts) was only for a week, not a month. SMB is priced at $15 (1200pts ) on XBLA. See for yourself ---> http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/Product/Super-Meat-Boy/66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d80258410a5a At $3.75, every PC gamer jumped on that price, which is why it ended up selling more overall. Whatever the case it was obviousl that the popularity of the game and it cheap, cheap price pushed sales on the PC. If the price was reversed the XBLA version would have easily outsold the PC version. Nuff said. |
Well you're banned, so I guess this might be falling on deaf ears, but...
The game came out on October 20th, and the promotion ended on November 21st. That is one month, not one week. Not sure why you are linking me the current price, it is $15 on steam right now as well.

Also once again, the game outsold the XBLA version in both units and value before the $3.75 sale. That came straight from the developers, not sure why you're trying to debate it.
