Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

Just release Brawl and Mario Kart and No More Heroes and others like and I won't saying anything.

Hmm, I do hope they come up with something better than this year's E3. Or e3. Which was a bit of a letdown, in my opinion. Especially after the tremendous succes that was E3 2006.
I got my fingers crossed for a new Wii Zelda. Preferably toonshaded, I adored Wind Waker! :)

A full line of Wii fit games

Predictions:Sales of Wii Fit will surpass the combined sales of the Grand Theft Auto franchiseLifetime sales of Wii will surpass the combined sales of the entire Playstation family of consoles by 12/31/2015 Wii hardware sales will surpass the total hardware sales of the PS2 by 12/31/2010 Wii will have 50% marketshare or more by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  It was a little over 48% only)Wii will surpass 45 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  Nintendo Financials showed it fell slightly short of 45 million shipped by end of 2008)Wii will surpass 80 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2009 (I was wrong!! Wii didn't even get to 70 Million)

Definitely sucks, but it makes sense. Every big game (Mario Kart, Smash Bros, next Zelda, ...) is a means to push sales once they start slowing down. Nintendo would be dumb to waste all that potential while struggling to supply enough systems. Same for new colors and price cuts, of course.

Currently playing: NSMB (Wii)

Waiting for: Super Mario Galaxy 2 (Wii), The Last Story (Wii), Golden Sun (DS), Portal 2 (Wii? or OSX), Metroid: Other M (Wii),
... and of course Zelda (Wii)

Well they are busy making wii's to make games for it?

Nintendo also said that they didn't want to put games on display years before the games were going to be released anymore ...

I suspect that any game that Nintendo doesn't plan on releasing within 6 months is being "left at home" in order to draw more attention to titles that they will be releasing in the near future; many games people really want are probably already in development but Nintendo will probably not show them until they're nearly done.

It sounds a bit weird but makes perfect sense.
If there aren`t enough consoles for everyone who wants one, releasing one big seller after the other would just be wasting their potential as big sellers.

I'm very happy about that decision, actually. I HATED waiting for Zelda or Mario games, sometimes for two or three YEARS. I'd rather know nothing, and then, bam, press release: Zelda is coming in 6 months.

I tend to agree ...

I'd much rather have Nintendo hyping a more minor game which will be released in the near future (say Battalion Wars) then spend a lot of time pushing a game which will remain unavailable for (potentially) 2 years.

At TGS 2005 Iwata announced a new Zelda was already in the works. I hope he wasn't refering to CrossBow:Challenge. We also know he mentioned a new Donkey Kong game that is also supposed to be in the works since 2005!

I want to see these games unvieled as much as anyone. However I think Zelda won't be revealed for a couple more years I'd bet a revealing in 2009 and release in 2010. Mainly because everyone says that 2009 will be the big year that will either make or break Nintendo Wii.
