So now... What could it be Nintendo's surprise for E3??

New console 49 26.78%

F-Zero, Pikmin and others 59 32.24%

Vitality Sensor 16 8.74%

Wii Music 2 7 3.83%

Some japanese localizations 24 13.11%

Nothing deal with it 28 15.30%

Total:183

I have thought about the vitality sensor for a while now. I know I would not want something attached to my finger while holding a nun chuck and a wiimote but, what if they were able to put this type of sensor in the wrist strap? This is something that you should always ware and it would make less crap you have to use while playing a game. Maybe this is something they can look at for the new console…

What could be better than super mario 3d?

I dunno, some more games that aren't mario? /sarcasm

I want a hint at a new console.

The surprises they say they have coming for Wii are probably just localisation of games.

As for the Vitality Sensor, I can't see much hope for it on Wii. I would rather they leave it for the next console and integrate it in the controller.

Starfox would be nice. I'm not holding out much hope though.

I speak for Sound of Rain when I say "Pikmin 3".

Also, N6.

Ha ha...how did you know? That is exactly what I want to happen LOL.

I want Pikmin 3 and I hope for a new Nintendo System(Home) to be released in Late 2011. I know I have said many times that I didn't want a new system until 2013 but now...I want it on the normal 5 year life plan and am now ready for a Wii 2. Why? The Wii has been able to release new unique ideas for most of its life but hasn't had anything special in a while IMO and without Vitality Sensor 2011 looks...empty LOL. I would be happy if Vitality Sensor was moved to Nintendo's next system because I am still interested in it a lot and I think it will work better with a fresh new system then the Wii which is by now looking very old even to me with Kinect, Move, and even Nintendo's own 3DS coming out.

I expect motion plus games or atleast I hope and pikmin 3 is what I want

Switch is 9th generation. Everyone else is playing on last gen systems! UPDATE: This is no longer true. 2nd UPDATE: I have no Switch 2. I am now behind

i can't imagine there being a lot of big news, maybe some vague references to the next console

probably a few classics (F-Zero, Pikmin) for the Wii, and some good stuff for the 3DS(don't know what)

most likely a release date for Zelda, if they haven't given one before that

F-Zero for Wii is bigger news to me than anything but a new console that launches with F-Zero.

However I would guess most of Nintendo E3 will be 3DS Zelda

Honestly, if Nintendo wants to keep Wii alive, which, by the times they've said "we still think we can come up with new ideas", looks likely, expect just one or two huge games (I still think there's potential for 20m sellers) a la 2009. They know from Q4 2010 that a large number of games with low sales doesn't do Wii any good and that having just one or two massive games (WFP, NSMBW) push consoles is where it's at. They already have one 10-15m seller done for them in Just Dance 3 so I'd expect a new Mario IP, Wii IP or VS for holiday 2011 release revealed at E3.

I don't think JD3 will reach 10 million. Ubisoft is milking the franchise too hard, just like what happened with Guitar Hero/Rockband, you can only milk a franchise so much before it's too late. I'd expect a decline over JD2.

Eh, we'll see... I don't think it's wise to predict a decline when it's showing no signs of it (I still shiver when I look at its January NPD numbers). JD2's been well outpacing JD since it was rather undertracked in US in January despite having several times more saturation. Besides, it takes more than two main titles and a couple of spinoffs for a franchise to be overmilked.
