looking pretty cool, though very much like a Call of Duty type set up just with "futureistic powerups".  Certainly showing potential at least.

I thought the first two weren't that great with the second one especially being terrible personally but what I've seen of RS3 is certainly looking good and i'll be picking it up as long as reviews and word of mouth are positive.

It's not Call of Duty-like at all outside of sprint and kill streaks.  If anything, this is closer to Unreal Tournament/Timesplitters than COD.

Looking like a refreshing experience to counter-balance all the "we must have low health so killing takes little to no effort" shooters on the market right now. 

I'm liking what I see but so far I'm slightly underwhelmed by it since I just saw some more Killzone 3 multiplayer matches and KZ3's multiplayer just looks amazing. Not saying of course I don't like R3's multiplayer because I know I'll be loving it just as much as I loved R FOM and R2's multiplayers.

And I must say, I'm gonna miss the chaotic fun 60 Multiplayer matches. I dunno about others but I LOVED the 60 player multiplayer matches in R2. It was amazingly fun for me! Split Screen only made it better! But oh well. Resistance 3 looks to be great fun :D

Resistance 1 and 2 feels a little like Halo but 3 definitely doesn't. They have iron sights now, weapon wheel and some other amazing resistance weapons remove the Halo feel.

Edit: I know resistance 2 has iron sights, but this one is different iron sights, more similar to CoD style.

I got a Resistance vibe while playing Halo. 

if only their werent kill streaks. but still looks awsome

to be honest, it looks even more less fun than number 2.

I just think insomniac just aint cut out for making shooting games

Bingo! I came in here to say the same thing, how I loved that even though they cut the multiplayer down to 8 vs 8, they still managed to keep that Unreal, twitch shooter feeling which I love.

yeah it looks like halo mixed with COD and it looks great look like it could be great for clan matches
