Actually for me at least all the ads on this site are for another site owned by Ioi, that GamerPrint thing.

Well at least I'm pretty sure he started it. I remember the news posts he made.

let me assume there are adverts......are they bringing in hundreds of thousands of dollars to pay for all the staff and everything else required to run these sites?

i really doubt their being paid for the reviews (although ive said it myself a couple of times)

Might be the firewall. Might have been Kaspersky or something else I used at some point, and it filtered ads.



This is the only site I don't bother blocking ads because it doesn't work anyways.

Really, I had the exact opposite problem... no matter how hard i tried I COULDN'T get ads to show up for the longest time without fully disabling Ad block.

Maybe noscript hates me. I haven't bother installing it with Firefox 4.

oh yeah i have kaspersky too.....

well atleast i learnt a lesson today....even if you have adverts on your website people wont know how to enable them even if they want to. =)
