How is this surprising? Both FIFA and PES attempt to recreate the sport as realistically as possible, and this includes the ads seen at football matches. Since Sony is a common sponsor of the UEFA Championship League, it's not unexpected that you'll see their ads in the game.

They've had ads in these games for years, from PS3 to 360 and now to 3DS.

One more game to cross off my list, Konami should know better and pull this game and replace the Ad boards, as for Nintendo it's time they started checking the game content again.
