5 years is actually fine. One thing about American prisons. They hate rapists and people who harm children. He will probably be killed or daily raped for those 5 years. I am completely cool with that.

Odd as it is, I have a problem with that. I think that that is part of what is wrong with our justice system. We spend money on creature comforts when NONE of those bastards deserve them; yet we don't care if they decide they can break further laws while in prision.

Bottom line: The law should put him to death not some guy who killed someone and somehow thinks they are better when they are not.

Urgh, to be honest I'm just as disgusted by members of this forum for what they want done to this guy as by the guy himself.

All the way down to not being able to see straight. I have a fucking three year old! This bastard does not deserve to live among people like me. Plain and simple.

Bah, you people are ridiculous.

The man is a sick bastard and deserves prison for many years...I think 25 years is a better number though. He did irreversable pyschological damage to an innocent child...and that's absolutely awful, and he deserves to rot in prison for it...but he didn't commit murder...he shouldn't spend his whole life in jail.

 Technically it was a violation, the child didn't know why her father was exposing her to strangers online

even if he is, he made the choice to violate and abuse the little girl, that is the crime and he is guilty of it

 I agree - he is guilty and he should go to jail. I also agree that he was abusing her.

However I severly don't agree with the idiots spouting out that he should get the death penalty or have his balls chopped off or any of that. 

It is truly unfortunate that such people exist in the world today.

No. As I see it, execution is the only interest I have for this. I'm not interested in saving this thing, and to say "he only needs help" is to give him far more humanity than he has demonstrated. He has not just abandoned his duties, but has downright corrupted and betrayed them, as a man, as an adult, as a father, and as a human being.

This is no longer an issue of punishment. Something of this level cannot be punished. I simply want him removed, irrevocably, from society.

If indeed he didn't harm her in any physical manner, I suppose it's possible that he has some chance of reforming his actions, but this type of callousness towards his own child is abborent, and he should never be allowed the chance for anything of this nature to happen again.
