what did bc2 had on the original disc that was payed DLC?

yes ... they did release a major update that contain vietnam inside and was unlocked by a 100kb file but that was game content released 9 months after the original game launch... that is not even similar to what capcom did with RE5...


It's paid DLC when you have to buy a code to unlock it if you buy the game used lol not to mention the DLC for the classes, but yes I know about the RE5 crap, it's retarded and is the reason I don't support the practice of DLC.

about EAs move against the used games is nothing about normal payed DLC... not that i support it but never give many thought to that since i buy all my games new... and i am not defending EA but from my point of view, EA in the battlefield franchise is delivering what fans want and is doing a better job with DICE then most of other publisher/dev team in the industry (in terms of FPS and DLC (most of it free) to extend the MP longevity).

about this thread i already have stated my position and i am sticking to it... will not buy this game until EA release it again with all DLC in the disc unlocked.

What a black and white view, there is loads of decent DLC out there. Majority of it isn't on the disk and gamers wouldn't even get if it wasn't for XBL/PSN.

Hey we've agreed before, on something I am certain, haha, no seriously I just don't post as often on posts I agree with unless I REALLY agree with them, if I don't reply then 60% of the time I agree the other 40 is I don't care  

Anyway yeah, DLC overall is bad, mostly because prior to this gen DLC was free and how developers showed continuing support for their fanbase and specific games, now it's being exploited pretty badly and I'll be the first one to say LBP is a pretty big offender itself... buuuut it's the only exception to the rule in my collection...  

Honestly I want people to give me a full game on release, if you want to release anything else afterwards... just put it in the update... I especially hate paid DLC that would just be made into the game itself if it was last gen.  But this is why I play on systems that by in large comes out with complete games at launch lol
