Trophies for me, Used to have a 360 and I never could get in to collecting achivments as I didn't feel like I was gaining something. I think the platinum's is what really does it.

Maybe if gamer score had a level system that went up with each game 100% then you could have people with 50k at level one and others with just a few thousand going up levels.
