I have been keeping an eye on this and that review may have sold me. People are comparing this game to Nier which is a game I really enjoyed. Graphics aren't that important to me so I may end up picking this up.

Example of sleeper hit was Valkyria Chronicle and Demons Soul. This game mingt has chance if it is really good

From the demo I got the feeling that it was a pretty solid game, if not great. Metacritic doesn't seem to hold the same opinion.

in sales , i doubt it, lots of the big sites kept talking about the two, this one is very overshadowed.

i did not like the demo so idk.

Second week will be higher. It releases late because of the major US storm. On thursday everywhere. Its a very good game, I would definitly put it at a solid 70%. The reviewer who gave it 20% smoke way better stuff than I do ; ).

Seems okay. the bit that deters me is when the guy says it might not get good until the 10 or 20 hour mark. which really puts me off. the main reason i would play an RPG is the story, but sadly it seems the story is predictable and that a lot of the conversations in the game are filer and not part of the main story.

i'll see what it gets elsewhere, but great gameplay alone dosent appeal to me. and the PS2 graphics dont help either tbh.

I think I might just get this.

Graphic are way better then PS2, its artwork and finish actually looks better then most titles of this generation. While the story is predictable theres a lot of cutscene and side story discussion. You should rent it and see for yourself, specifically the graphic part doesnt make any sense. Anyone that has the game will tell you its a beautiful game, corridor areas is a different thing.

Somehow, that's something I tried to imply.
