I don't see how this is a negative at all.

I mean, every game out there is piratable.  I can't see this suddenly making people who weren't going to pirate it go... "Well time to pirate it instead!"

exactly why most pirates excuses are flawed because also they have enough money to pay for super fast internet to download all the games. 

Er... games were getting pirated before high speed interent.  It's called just letting something download for 2 days.

I used to download legal shit that long back when I had dial up.  Ain't hard, and it's only easier now with torrents and such.

Pretty simple actually. If people could pirate those computer parts, they would. Since they can't, they will pirate the things that are pirateable (software).

This.  It's probably my favorite shooter from this generation, and that's not even getting into the countless hours I spent in the editor.  It's amazing how because the graphics get a lot of attention people who have clearly never played the game act like the other aspects of the game must be bad.
