exactly why most pirates excuses are flawed because also they have enough money to pay for super fast internet to download all the games. 

Er... games were getting pirated before high speed interent.  It's called just letting something download for 2 days.

I used to download legal shit that long back when I had dial up.  Ain't hard, and it's only easier now with torrents and such.
