i think it was extensions. seems to be working now at the moment

i cleared up some extensions and add ons and it worked for 1 post. after that its back to not working again. cant edit or quote or even reply on firefox. its the new version too. i'm on IE now..

Opera is your solution.

Opera isn't that much better anymore. FF4 is pretty good performance-wise.

It's cumbersome and still noticeably slower. Opera is the far better choice IMO.

there are many features that Opera doesnt have, and even the latest Opera fails at adding extensions properly. Also Opera isn't a widely supported browser since its marketshare is tiny.

I'm browsing just fine without all the extensions, all I need is Greasemonkey scripts and Opera can use those anyway.

I can't stand Firefox 4. It's a cumbersome version of Chrome, and if I wanted to use Chrome, I would do so.

I'm sticking with 3.6 for now.
