Best game this gen by far and very unlikely to be replaced. The only game that comes close for me is Assassin's Creed 2 Brotherhood.

The Beauty and the Beast corps' debut and the whole end of act 3 (from the motorcycle chase to the cinema where Liquid regulates) are just epic.

It was posts like the ops that ruined MGS4, and killzone 2 for me. When someone makes a thread where they say "OMG it deserves an 11, best game ever!?!?" it can't possibly live up to the hype. Then I go into a game expecting something like i've never played before and end up with a game that ends up crushed by it's own reputation

MM i had a ps3, beat MGS4 and it was a very good game but for me it was WAY overated... i mean the original MGS its SO much better but well everyone has his own opinion

The METAL GEAR and METAL GEAR SOLID series of Games are the very definition of epicniess!!

I have played though all of theme in both the English and Japanese Versions and will never forget the awesomeness.

Metal Gear Solid 4 was a gift to the Metal Gear/Metal Gear Solid Fans as well as fans of Snacher and Policenauts by Kojima Hideo sama.

C'mon, man... You really think this is even the best PS33 game? Uncharted 2 is better.

Its my second favourite game of all time following FFX.

Metal Gear Solid 4 and Uncharted 2 are the best games for PS3. But MGS4 is better ^^ The story and gameplay is awesome and the caracters are beautiful and interesting.
