I never see any ads here, but I'd really not pay for VGC, however much I like it here.

He obviously knows howmuch his games sell...but with VGchartz Pro he could see what EA, THQ and 2K IPs sell well and rip them off/buy them out...only to shut them down  year later.

I wouldn't say it's right to take away these features. But they shouldn't put what has been free for years as something which costs £000's, let's say.

If the features we had remained, then yeah, maybe £10 a year or something. But not at that price, and not after what they did, and not in the way they did it. Advertising should be enough to keep the site going, and businesses can get the data if they choose

In all seriousness, we on this forum don't follow these trends this closely, so it isn't meant for us. But still, why take so much from us unexpectedly?

That'd have been fairer and better IMO. Now there's no reason to be in the forum if you're just a casual reader

But you know what you're doing, and I'm sure it's all for the best. I hope you make more money out of it anyway, as I'm sure the developers and publsihers will enjoy this additional info!
