Also, everyone's either checked in, or had a chance to but failed to do so.  We can ask trangentspree about that later, I think.  In the meantime, I'd like to hear Stefl's response.  Additionally, how serious was your suspicion of radishead, Linkzmax?  Fair warning:  I intend to try to lynch anyone who pulls "gambits" in this game.  I'm really not a fan.

Off just one post? My suspicions are not very high. I'm not sure why Heph seconded my post, but to also answer Wonk I'm not trying to get rid of radish. I'd like to see some improvement from him and there's no way to do that if he's a day one lynch. If he's a townie then it may not be best for him to be the deciding factor at endgame, but I also don't have any experience with him being scum to know if he's dangerous or easily exposed.

what the murderous question or another other question...?

well I have not much to do with all this relationship junk, because at the moment it all pisses me off ;P

srsly though, i took some sweets out of a bag counted them and then counted down the list on page one, so it was completely random...

I don't see it as risking lives of innocent people, since even if all the mafia bandwagon on that vote, there has at least two other townies to jump on that vote...

so wait you say there are 4 mafiosis?

Huh why four? Do you count me as a mafiosi now? It could be that there are four, but then the game could be over rather fast, thats why I am inclined to believe that there are 3... so... me and two other townies mafia = 6 which is the majority...

I think I made it clear two games ago that I don't like math errors. If Heph's calling you a mafiosi then that's fine, but obviously 7 townies to 4 scum would likely be a slaughter unless the town is highly powered. One mislynch and it's quite likely to be lylo,(LYcnh scum or LOse) so that's not even a reasonable question. 8 townies to 3 scum nearly fits that "Golden Ratio" but I wouldn't be surprised if there are only two mafiosis either, but then it'd have to be a rather powerless town or the scum would have to have extra night actions besides the night kill.

I'm here, got my PM.

I wouldn't really regard myself as late as the game started less than 12 hours ago, but for those wondering, I have been out of the house all day long, first at work and then at a friend's house for dinner.

I'm pretty knackered and heading to bed. I'll have most of the day to post tomorrow. One or two things have caught my eye already.

Welcome. Wish you'd actually elaborate on what has caught your eye instead of just popping in and disappearing again though.

Where is the math error?  I had to read Stefls post a few times to understand it but there are no errors there.

Stefl didn't feel bad voting for someone because he knows for the person to be lynched it would take 5 other votes.  Even if all the scum vote for the same person as him(3) it would take two other townies as well.

Heph might not have counted Stefl from stefls explination, so he asked if Stefl was saying 4.

Stefl then explained again. The problem is that he might have used a plus sign that didn't show up.  Him and two other townies plus mafia = 6.

FoS: A Bad Clown

I find it hard to get a read with a lot of the joking, but his responses to prof's questions aren't making adding up for me. Also, I'm always looking forward to hearing prof's input even though I can't fully trust him, but it's very strange to just ask prof for insight.

I'd elaborate on the things not adding up, but I've gotta head out for now.

Answering real quick: I meant Heph had the math error. Stefl said "at least two other townies" would have to vote the same as him. Meaning at least 3 townies would be on whomever, and with 6 to lynch that would mean only 3 scum, not 4.

I'm not accusing Heph of anything yet, I just don't like math errors. And speaking of math, I'll be tutoring math now. :)

So my suspicions of Heph can be justified? i thoiught everyone was trying to root him out in the first couple pages.

That we don't sink to gambits, for starters.  I assume you've gone through the thread by now, right?  Now that the post-streak has ended, what's on your mind?
