Not really the XL comes with two built in games and a camera, just saying but none the less. In Aus Our PSP's are 268 and the DSXL sales seriouly crush the PSP ones.

March 31st

$350 - This includes GST btw, so its more like $320 before tax, which is about what the UK/EU are paying, and WAY MORE than what the US are paying.

Still, i am happy with this price.

Remind me, how much is the US paying?

$250 which is way to much for a handheld IMO.

Ahhhh yesss...

NOW IS WHEN I CAN FINALLY SAY THIS:

FEELS GOOD THAT I CAN BUY A 3DS for $250 HERE IN USA!!!

Damn Australia $350 for 3DS? Dayum.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

What's this about the aus 3DS not having StreetPass and SpotPass?

If it's true then we'll have to pay an extra $100 for a system that has fewer features. Nintendo Australia... what are you doing?!

No, its just not available soon. I think they're waiting for more Wifi access points (6 months or so) before Spotpass or whatever is working. I assume normal Wifi play will work as normal from day 1 tho.
