There is something called offline that I was more than happy to play in bad company and 1942. And that wouldnt be anything like it with the gt5 reference.

The comparison as they both have it is playing both offline, so playing battlefield offline is like playing gt5 offline. Nothing more nothing less.

but BF1942 and 2's single player was just bot training for multiplayer... you use the bots to learn to aim and fly. Thats all.

It doesnt make it any less fun. It still works perfectly fine. It is multiplayer with bots and not other humans.

bots are stupid. their AI is horrid. They offer zero challenge. I've done bots vs me plenty of times. 40 of them to be exact and I knifed all of them. They can't even hit you when your standing in front of them.

Not everyone plays these games every second of every day. Not everyone can beat 40-1 bots. These arguments are ludicrous.There is no chance in hell you could think that every possible person could beat 40-1

no, but even the most novice of players can be 8 v 1 easily on the "hard" AI setting.
