Its innevitable, and the second place gonna happen soon or later for SONY , but this will not change anything in the way how developers see the two consoles. Also do not forget that next generation is out of the door and very possible rumours will spread in the E32011.

wow from what i see here ps3 is undertracked by a bit over a million and xbox 360 overtracked by a million?

No PS3 is sitting at about right, probably most accurate its been, and some people are saying 360 is a bit overtracked and if it is it wouldn't be more than 200,000-400,000 so no big deal. No where near 1m off.

Back in january I was hearing the xbox people say that the gap widened back to 5 million, they were constantly bragging about ze NPD and ze major Nelson numbers... for America.

But globally, lol nothing changed. The gap is still 3 million eventough it was 360's best holiday with Kinect, 500 million ad campaign, Halo Reach, Xbox 360 Slim model.

When PS3 hits 249 or the magical price point of 199$, war... war has changed.
