i seriously need help and no one is helping. it is in off-topic.

and before you get lazy: every time i go to a video it reloads and this time with a bunch of ads an it says download video under the video with a huge ad that says DOWNLOAD. how do i stop this? i am on google chrome.

UPDATE: it does not happen on any other browser
