Forums - Gaming - So what will you get? 3DS or PSP2.

both, unless NGP is over 300, then probably not till it is under 300.

I've tried 3D (55" Samsung) this christmas and I didn't come out very impressed, depth works, but still want to see how that can be used in software. For the PSP2 that both capacitive screens seem very interesting, the back one for innovating and the front one to compete with Apple (I'd expect some iOS games to appear on the platform).

On the software side, the 3DS wins, because I like more those kinds of games.

3DS: Professor Layton, Mario Kart, Pilotwings Resort, Resident Evil, Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars, Steel Diver, Animal Crossing, Dragon Quest, Ninja Gaiden

PSP2: Little Deviants, Smart As, Wipeout

It looks like the 3DS, even though I'm not impressed with 3D (need to see it in person).
Still going to wait till christmas so both have a chance.

NGP for certain, I just hope the price is at or below 350...the possibilities that piece of tech has is crazy

not too excited for the 3DS, but I am a huge fan of Layton, so will pick it in a few years in the least

lol, thats why i dont trust gamestop with those things

we'll be lucky if we get a price announcement as soon as e3.

3DS when it hits $180 or less (aka the 3DS lite and when its on sale)

Neo Geo Pocket is kinda old, but when the PSP2 drops to $150 or less I will be more inclined to grab one.

So yeah, 2-4 year wait on the next generation of portable systems.

It's just that simple.

Both, but NGP will be better in the long run, just as PSP is leagues ahead of DS right now.
