As most of us know since last year, Sega's working on Phantasy Star Online 2 for PC.

But wouldnt it be awesome if they launch it on PS360? (okay, 360 is unlikely, but hope dies last, huh?)

i had such fun times with PSO1 (ep 1+2.. and even 3) on Gamecube back then. and i wasnt even playing it Online, just Offline Splitscreen with friends. for like 1,5 Years. =D

Yes damnit, but it had better be a Nintendo platform that gets it, either now or in the future

PSO i had to have sunk more hours into than any other game barring the eternally playable Super Smash Bros Melee

I'm excited although I don't mind it on the PC, I would rather get it on consoles with splitscreen. I just wish it wouldn't cost monthly payments to play online. I too spend over a hundred hours playing episode 1 and 2 on my gamecube just splitscreen.

I want a true Phantasy Star Sequel. 

PSO Ep 1&2 was on the original xbox and PSU is on the 360 - so I see no reason it wouldn't come to the 360. I stil  play my GC version of PSO.

@360:  thats because XBL is a hard thing for MMOs. the time FFIX and PSU came out, the 360 was very fresh, and more open to Payed MMOs. but it has changed, it has more restrictions, and thats the reason FFXIV isnt comng for 360.

@crystalchild, i dont think xbl has changed since its launch on payed mmo's. i remember m$ saying they made a exception for final fantasy 11:online on the 360. the way m$ handles the potential mmo side to xbl, is the only thing that pisses me off about xbl.  i would give pso 2 a try if sega ever releases it on the ps3.  i think though, since sega is seeing how dcuo is being recieved and selling, i wouldnt be suprised to see pso 2 announced for the ps3 at e3 this year. i am getting dcuo this weekend .
