reading this thread reminded me of the Jamie Bulger case (it actually has its own wikipedia page, you can look it up but i dont want to link it here because its distressing and disturbing).

the two boys (aged 10/11) were set free some years later and given new identities, and it scares the hell out of me to think that one day one of them could be a friend, a boyfriend, whatever, without me even knowing.

one of them was actually charged with another crime a few years ago (its all on the wiki page).

Jeffrey Dahmer, Ted Bundy.. so many serial killers start off in childhood. because nothing is done about it, they're free to go on..

what i get from this, i guess, is that a child committing a crime like this now is usually an indication as to what they'll be like in adulthood.

I'm all for killing him. We can't let him free and he has nothing to contribute to the world.

I guess all we can do is hope he dies a quick death or commits suicide.

The other crime he was found guilty of was child porn. The guy is a child murderer and a paedo and the govt STILL tries to protect him!!!

This is the problem when people su[[ort rehabilitation for rehabilitation's sake. They're doing that because they don't want to admit they should've never released those bastartds from jail, and that such individuals should never recieve the right to rehabilitation.

That's a tough one. Maybe place him in a metal hospitial for the rest of his life. There's no real easy answer for something like that.

Jerry! Jerry!

What can't he fix?

Oh right.. This..

Try the little shit as an adult.

Disconnect and self destruct, one bullet a time.

He is a juvenile, trial him as one.

I agree with Toastboy. Kid should get the capital punishment. If he's this fucked up at 13 then he's not getting any better. Not even 25 years in prison being raped every night will fix this kid.
