What could it be about? The last demonstrated a peaceful resolution.

Would this bring about a resurgence of war as a peaceful rebuilding of real Earth would be boring as they have to rectify the atmosphere so the machines wouldn't need humans for power. Plus a Neo outside of Matrix with no super human powers fighting CIA is just not a Matrix movie.

@superchunk, remember the architect said about peace for now in the 3rd movie, meaning the peace most likely wasnt gonna last for that long . and neo was carried away while he was plugged into the matrix. also neo had powers outside the matrix, he used them against the machines,making them stop working or blowing up while flying to the matrix mainframe. so i think the story will be about morifus , searching for where the machines have neo and goes about bringing him back to zion. and will show neo using him full powers over the course of the 2 movies and finally bringing down the matrix for good. just my opinion of how it will truly end.
