Probably. Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan are doing the best out of all of the stans (aside from Pakistan, but that's more Indian than Turkic), Karimov has probably kept Uzbekistan down like Niyazov did with Turkmenistan till he died, but in terms of development, Kazakhstan is closer to what is average in Russia (Russia outside of Moscow and St. Petersburg, where Russia looks more like Europe)

1 and 2 are not countries and 3 does not exist anymore, but I'm assuming you did that deliberately.

Netherlands - Why? 'cause I'm Dutch, but since I live in the U.S., I can say it. Ha!

Singapore - Nice lil' compact place. No homicides, like at all.

Nicaragua - it''s nice, albeit poor.

USA would have probably have been the best if the inhabitants werent just such idiots.

The best countries would probably be Japan, UK, probably places like Monaco or countries for the rich folk.

I like that Monaco is cool and you are right about USA you go to hollowood and it looks basicly like a dump so much for one of LAs main attractions
