Forums - Nintendo - Say it ain’t so - No Kirby game in development for Wii

Sorry but I don't bother that much, Kirby games suits much better on the DS anyway than on the WII. The best Kirby games are the ones on the hand-held, IMO. New, refreshing games, new IP's (which hopefully sells) are better to come up with, IMO

LMFAO @ Kirby being the first poster being all sad, classic.

Maybe just maybe Nintendo wants to have an IP that is handheld only.

Kirby would be the logical choice. He started out on the Gameboy after all.

Also, Kirby tends to appeal toward younger players. My 5-year-old son is playing Dreamland 3 on the SNES as I write this.

So I guess we have to wait for the DS adaptor on the Wii to play new Kirby games on our TV.

I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble.

Bah! It's Kirby! Only one of his games scored over 80% on Game Rankings... Only one! And it was a kick ass game too... Canvas Curse... That was a good game... But what did he have for the Gamecube? Air Ride? Ha, ha, ha... And Nintendo 64? Crystal Shards? No way... And the Super Nintendo? Avalanche? Yeah... No...

A vanishing unicorn?  Hell yeah!  I wonder if the real thing is as magestic as it looks on the flyer or if it's just a sad horse with a popsicle stuck on its forehead.

Also, does the "Real Helicopter" appear from nowhere (magically) or does it just fly by?

My End of 2008 Hardware Predictions (console only):

Wii : 50 million

360: 28 million

PS3: 24 million

These predictions were made on January 3rd and won't be revised

We all know that Kirby was banished from the magic show a long time ago.

I believe he said no Kirby at this moment not that Kirby wont appear he will just not working on him yet, meaning they are working on others i wonder what...

I'm happy with the DS games. Kirby started portable and should end portable.

Pixel Art can be fun.
