How much would The Conduit and MadWorld have sold if they had been released on PS2 or PS3?

HD console fanboys would tell you millions.
Wii fanboys would tell you thousands.
Intelligent gamers would tell you that given the same games, the same advertising and the same retailer interest, probably not much different than what they sold on Wii.

Matter of fact Sega said they were going to make Sonic exclusive for GC(thats the main reason why I had gotten one in the first place) they were supporting that console from day 1 |
According to wikipedia it wasn't a launch title. Still Sega and Nintendo were archenemies Sega started supporting them because their games sold best on that platform.

Yeah, because HD fanboys are under the illusion a mediocre game like this can sell a million(s) on HD consoles.
Anybody who played this game knows that wouldn't happen.

@schemergluiperd you sure about that??? cause outside of Sonic Heroes I cant think of another game on GC that was made by Sega and sold better on GC than PS2 or Xbox

Sega sold considerably more software on the PS2 actually. They also published far more games on the PS2 than Gamecube.
Nintendo platforms have mostly been great for selling Sonic games. For most other Sega franchises, Nintendo consoles isn't more important than other platforms.

Don't confuse fanboys with fans.

It's taken this long?! Oh dear...
The game isn't that great, but with the lack of FPS competition on the Wii I thought it'd reach 500K before now. Shame really. Conduit 2 is now going to release into a much more competitive environment with the likes of Goldeneye and CoD.
not to mention all the other FPSs on the HDs (there is such a thing as a multi console owner)
