Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo France: Last Story not "canned"

I always excpected TLS to come to the west, but the translation and dubbing process must be long for a game like that, however I'm not expecting the game to come out before fall 2011,togheter with Zelda (and maybe something else to be shown at e3- but maybe that's too optimistic) to have another strong holiday season.

I must say, this is great news, but unexpected? No. We all pretty much knew that this game would eventually come out over here. It was too big budget otherwise. I also see this and Xenoblade being announced at E3, to come to the west

Infact, I've predicted this in my thread I'm so confident. Prove me wrong

With rumors about Zelda being pushed to November, I think Xenoblade might fill it's original Q2 slot.  Hopefully we get an announcement at the end of March with Nintendo's financials.

Europe's rumored to be getting Reginliev this year now too btw... lucky bastards. ;_;

Good old Europe

*plays Disaster: Day of crisis*

...

But what's Reginiel anyway? Never heard of it

Remember, at E3 we saw Kirby's epic yarn, Goldeneye, Donkey Kong Country Returns, Kid Icarus:Uprising, Reident Evil: Revelations and more for the first time last year, so...

True, but you have to consider the time to develop a game. Before late 2009, we had a big drought of games on Wii. Now, a lot of N games came out this holiday and also a lot will come out for 3DS this year, other than TLS and Zelda I don't know if there is possibly something else that will be ready to hit the market for that time. For sure something will be shown, but it could be something really interesting or a "WiiFit3" like game.

"Our translation teams are overstretched in the short term" means that they are currently working on bringing Xenoblade over.

Don't play with my emotions!

You probably know it as Zangeki no Reginleiv (at least that's how I think one spells it)

It's a 4 player action game developed by Sandlot (the people who made Marionation Gear and EDF) and published by Nintendo.  So far it's only available in Japan

Last Story is coming over folks.  No doubt about it.

That one? Yeah I've heard of that, didn't actually know it was supposed to be any good!

(I love the red and black boxes, keep 'em coming!)
