This game looks amazing. I do have a psp but it is so beat i might have to buy a new one just to play this game. Do you guys think there is a good chance square might port this game to the psp2 or might just aunch it with the psp 2?

Yes yes yesssssssssssss, I hope so too :P will be the best excuse to buy a PSP2 at launch or around launch for me. My gf knows how excited I am about this game

I would rather it stay a PSP game. This is the mistake they mad with Final Fantasy XIII. They switched the dev from PS2 to PS3.

It already switched platforms once, I think thats enough.

SE also swiched FFIV from NES to SNES, FFVII from SNES to N64 and then PS1 and FFX from PS1 to PS2.

But FFType-0 will stay PSP, Type-1, 2 and Type-3 will be most likely PSP2. 

And in this case it's worse than in the FFXIII one. The game is almost complete. I hope that PSP2 will have backwards compatibility.

well it should release on psp but i think SE should also port it to PSP 2 like nintendo did with twilight princess with gcube and wii
