From what I gathered it was comments from people. Since in the Kingdom Heart 3D trailer people were saying ps3 and psp and 3ds.

those letters on the top are comments from japanese viewers

so someone was wondering if it was for psp2.

it's for PSP.

it's 2 in UMDs, i doubt PSP2 will use UMD

since this will be a portable series i think it's safe to think next titles will be on 3ds or psp2, this one is PSP
